First Study visit: Germany, Finland
|
A group of 21 TEAA participants from Bulgaria and Romania spent 8 days in visiting civil society institutions in Germany and Finland, offering lifelong learning activities for elderly people.
The list of visited institutions and projects was developed together with the host organisations (ARBEIT UND LEBEN e.V., Germany, and the Finnish Adult Education Association), aiming to present to the beneficiaries a selection of experiences and best practices of the CSOs in the respective countries, organising active ageing activities.
During the visits, all the participants filled Working cards, identifying common fields of interests with the visited institutions, and potentials for further contacts and cooperation. This promotes better contacts between CSOs in Bulgaria and Romania, and CSOs in the visited EU countries, as a basis for future collaboration. |

32 participants from 15 institutions were discussing issues concerning Civil society, what does it mean for us, and what are our reflections on the possible ways for the NGOs to participate in civil society processes. The discussions were really smoothening the gaps in the up-to-now experience of the participants, giving relevant information for the EU policies and plans in the target area, and establishing a common platform for the future project activities |
